Schnalz.net started in Hong Kong as a one-person practice and grew into a working studio. The thread through every engagement — from a NYSE-listed digital exchange to a self-published German vocab app — is the same: do the work yourself, ship it, learn from the numbers.
Today the studio runs marketing for ambitious brands across FinTech, e-commerce and events, and ships its own iOS & Android apps under the Schnalz Studio label. The agency side funds the studio side. The studio side proves the agency side knows what shipping software actually feels like.

Schnalz.net is run by its founder out of Hong Kong. Two decades of marketing experience across blockchain (block.one, EOS), digital exchanges (Bullish, NYSE: BLSH), large-scale events (HK FinTech Week, 45,000+ attendees), and luxury e-commerce (Cristel France, Expansys). The founder also writes the code for the studio's own apps.
Active since 2014 in various forms; current studio identity launched in 2026 to formalize the dual practice (Agency + Studio). Google Partner certified continuously since 2018 (agency ID 2839403546).
Founder-led businesses with a clear KPI, a willingness to be measured, and a budget of at least HK$ 3K/month in ad spend (Tier 1 Starter — async-only at HK$ 2,500/month) — or a fixed-scope build.
