What we do, in detail

Services that do something.

From the AI layer that decides what ChatGPT sees about you, down to the Swift code in the apps your users tap — every service below is run by people who care if it actually moves a number.

Growth · marketing

The agency side.

Six core practices we run end-to-end. Pick one or stack them — most clients start with two and add as the campaigns prove out.

How we work

Four steps. Then a fifth.

A repeatable rhythm that takes a vague brief and turns it into campaigns running by week four.

01 · Week 1

Discovery & Analysis

Audit your existing marketing, dig into competitors, map the gap. We tell you what's working before suggesting anything new.

02 · Week 2

Strategy Development

A focused playbook — channels, budgets, creative themes, KPIs. Built around your goals, not a generic template.

03 · Weeks 3–4

Execution & Optimization

Campaigns go live. We monitor daily, optimize weekly, and surface insights as they happen — no quarterly surprises.

04 · Ongoing

Reporting & Scaling

Clear monthly reports, plain language. Scale what's working, kill what isn't, and reinvest the budget where it earns.

+1 · Always

We tell you when to stop.

If a channel stops working, we say so. If your budget would be better spent elsewhere — even outside our scope — we say that too. Honest invoices include honest advice.

GEO

What is Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and how is it different from SEO?

SEO targets Google's search index — getting blue links to rank. GEO targets language models like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity — getting them to cite you when answering a user. The tactics overlap (clean structured data, authoritative content, brand mentions) but the outcome is different: a citation in an AI answer, not a position in a SERP. Most clients now want both.

Guarantees

Do you guarantee Google search rankings?

No, and you should be wary of any agency that does. Google's algorithm is a moving target with hundreds of signals. What we can guarantee is the work — competitive technical SEO, structured data, content engineered for E-E-A-T, and quarterly progress against agreed KPIs. That combination consistently moves rankings; we just don't put a number in writing before doing the audit.

Migration

Can you take over an existing Google Ads account?

Yes — that's how most engagements start. We get manager-level access (MCC link), audit the existing structure, and propose a 30-day stabilization plan before changing anything aggressive. Your historical data stays intact. No "scorched earth" rebuilds unless you want one.

Mobile

Native or cross-platform — what's the difference?

Native (Swift for iOS, Kotlin for Android) gives you the fastest performance, deepest OS integration (Live Activities, widgets, Shortcuts) and the best App Store reviews. Cross-platform (Flutter, React Native) gets you to two stores from one codebase — faster and cheaper, but you give up some polish. We default to native for consumer apps and recommend cross-platform for internal tools and MVPs.

Apps

Do you build apps for clients, or only your own?

Both. Schnalz Studio ships its own apps (DB Transport, Vokabel) which keeps our own development chops sharp, and we build native iOS/Android apps for clients on a project basis. Client apps stay confidential by default; we'll only feature them in our portfolio with explicit permission.

Stack

What tech stack do you use for web development?

For new builds: Next.js or Astro on Vercel for marketing sites; Next.js + a typed backend (tRPC, GraphQL) for web apps; Shopify or WooCommerce for e-commerce when the client needs it. We avoid no-code platforms for anything mission-critical — you outgrow them within a year.

Ready when you are

Got a brief? Got a hunch?

Either is enough to start a conversation. We'll tell you within a call whether we're the right fit.
