At a glance

The facts, in one place.

Party Games is a free, family-friendly party game collection by Schnalz Studio for one iPhone or iPad. It contains eleven games — eight two-player duels (playable solo against a robot) and three pass-the-phone games for 3 to 8 people — works fully offline, and has no ads, no accounts, no tracking and no in-app purchases.

Players

1–8 on one device. Duels are for two (or one vs. the robot); Imposter takes 3–8; Hot Potato and Charades take any group.

Games

11 in total — 8 face-to-face duels and 3 pass-the-phone party games. Every one opens with an illustrated How to play screen.

iPhone and iPad, portrait. iOS 17 or later. No Android version.

Price

Free. No ads, no in-app purchases, no subscriptions — everything is unlocked from the start.

Offline

Yes, fully. No accounts, no servers, no internet needed — the app makes no network requests of its own.

Age

Rated 4+. Made for families, friends, classrooms and grown-ups at a party. No chat, no strangers, no purchases.

All 8 duels have an optional robot opponent with three difficulty levels: easy, medium and hard.

How it works

Pick a game. Pass the phone. Play.

No pairing, no sign-in, no second device. If you can hand someone a phone, you can start a game.

1 · Pick a game

Choose one of eight duels or three party games from the home screen. Nothing is locked.

2 · Learn it in ten seconds

Every game opens with an illustrated How to play screen — a picture and a couple of lines. Even first-timers get it.

3 · Face off or pass it on

Duels split the screen so two people play at once. Party games pass the phone around the room. The trophy cup keeps score.

The duels

Eight ways to settle it.

Two players, one screen, face to face. Or take on the robot at easy, medium or hard.

Ping Pong

Classic bat-and-ball. Slide your paddle, angle the return, first to the target score wins.

Air Hockey

Fast, slippery and loud. Guard your goal, hammer the puck, and watch the rebounds.

Tic Tac Toe

Three in a row, the game everyone already knows — with a robot that gets sneaky on hard.

Sumo

Shove your opponent out of the ring before they shove you. Timing beats strength.

Fast Finger

A reaction game. Wait for the signal, tap first — and don't jump the gun.

Light Cycles

A neon bike duel. Leave a light trail, turn hard, and make the other rider crash into it first.

Mini Golf

A 3-hole 3D course. Pull back, aim and putt — fewest strokes takes the round.

Snowball Fight

Duck, aim and throw. Land more snowballs than you take before the timer runs out.

The party games

Three games for the whole room.

Pass-the-phone games for groups — the kind that make a car ride, a sleepover or a family dinner go loud.

Imposter

Find the spy. Everyone sees the secret word — except one player, who only knows the category. Ask questions, bluff, vote. For 3 to 8 players.

Hot Potato

Pass the phone fast — the fuse is hidden and nobody knows when it blows. Whoever is holding it is out. Last one standing wins the round.

Charades

Act it out. Hold the phone to your forehead, teammates shout guesses, tap or tilt to mark right or pass. Free-for-all or teams mode.

Features

Made for a crowd. Safe for everyone.

Big, colourful and immediate — with nothing in the way of the fun.

How to play, every time

An illustrated rules screen before each game. Nobody has to explain anything — hand it over and go.

Robot opponent

Play any duel solo against the robot — easy for the little ones, hard for the bragging rights.

Trophy cup

A running score between two players across every duel. Best of the evening takes the cup.

Haptics, sound & music

Every hit, goal and blast has a buzz and a sound. Music and effects can be turned off in Settings.

iPhone & iPad

Portrait on both — a phone for two heads bent over it, an iPad for the whole table.

Nothing in the way

Offline. No ads, no accounts, no tracking, no in-app purchases. Everything is unlocked from the first launch.

Privacy

Nothing leaves the room.

Party Games is a game for one device. Here is the little it stores — and everything it never touches.

Short version: Party Games collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no servers of ours, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDKs, and the app makes no network requests of its own. Nothing about you or the people you play with ever leaves the device.

Party Games is published by Schnalz Studio (Schnalz.net / Schnalz Digital), based in Hong Kong, which is the controller for anything described here. For anything privacy-related, use the support form below. Last updated 2 September 2026.

No account

There is no sign-up, no username and no password. Open the app and play. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number or age.

What the app stores on your device

Only game state: the trophy-cup score between two players, the robot difficulty you last picked, player names or team names you type in for the party games, and your sound, music and haptics settings. All of it stays in the app's local storage, is deleted when you delete the app, and can be reset from inside Settings at any time. Names entered for a round are just labels for that session — they are not linked to anything.

Motion sensors

Charades can be controlled by tilting the device. Tilt uses the built-in motion sensors on-device only, purely to detect the "correct" and "pass" gestures. Motion data is never recorded or transmitted, and you can use tap controls instead.

Advertising, analytics and tracking

None. Party Games has no advertising, no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting service of ours and no tracking of any kind. Its App Store privacy label is intended to read "Data Not Collected", and its privacy manifest declares no collected data and no tracking.

Purchases

There are none. Party Games has no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. Every game is included and unlocked from the start.

Younger players

The app is rated 4+ and is deliberately built to be safe for younger players too: no chat, no user-generated content shared with anyone, no external links inside the games, no ads and no purchases. Because nothing is collected from anyone, nothing is collected from younger players either.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version is published at this address before the change takes effect.

Support

Message us, or browse the FAQ. We read every one.

How many people can play Party Games?
Between one and eight, all on the same device. The eight duels are for two players sitting face to face — or one player against the robot. Imposter takes 3 to 8 players, and Hot Potato and Charades work for any group that can pass a phone around.
Do we need more than one phone?
No. Every game runs on a single iPhone or iPad. Duels split the screen so two people play at once; the party games pass the phone from hand to hand. There is no online multiplayer and nothing to pair.
Is Party Games suitable for the whole family?
Yes. It is family-friendly: big, colourful screens, simple controls, an illustrated How to play page before every game, and no ads, no chat, no accounts and no purchases. It is rated 4+, so younger and older players can join in.
Can I play alone?
Yes. All eight duels have an optional robot opponent with three difficulty levels, so you can practise solo or give a younger player a fair match. The three party games — Imposter, Hot Potato and Charades — need a group.
Does it need an internet connection?
No. Party Games works fully offline — on a plane, in a tent, in a car. It has no accounts, no servers and makes no network requests of its own.
Is it free? Are there ads or in-app purchases?
Party Games is free with no advertising of any kind and no in-app purchases. Everything in the app is unlocked from the start.
Which devices does it run on?
iPhone and iPad, in portrait. It is built for iOS 17 and later. Charades can be controlled by tapping or by tilting the device.
What games are included?
Eleven games. Eight duels: Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Tic Tac Toe, Sumo, Fast Finger (a reaction game), Light Cycles (a neon bike duel), Mini Golf (a 3-hole 3D course) and Snowball Fight. Three party games: Imposter (find the spy), Hot Potato (elimination rounds with a hidden fuse) and Charades (act it out, with a teams mode).
